Getting Started with Ridewolf

Follow these steps to set up and launch your sharing business. From account creation to scaling your fleet — we've got you covered.

Head to the Ridewolf dashboard and register with your business email. You'll be asked to fill in your organization name, country of operation, and primary contact details. Once verified, you'll have access to the full admin panel where you can begin configuring your sharing platform.

Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and configure your platform name. Define the geographic zones where your service will operate using the built-in map editor. Set up pricing rules including per-minute rates, unlock fees, subscription plans, and promotional discounts to match your business model.

Navigate to the Payments section in your dashboard and connect your preferred payment provider — Stripe for international transactions, or MAIB and MIA for regional coverage. Configure wallet top-up options, auto-charge settings, and set minimum balance thresholds. Test the payment flow with a sandbox transaction before going live.

Add vehicles individually or import your fleet via CSV. For each vehicle, enter the model, type (scooter, bike, moped, or car), and assign a unique identifier. Pair each vehicle with its IoT module by entering the device IMEI. Once connected, you'll see real-time location, battery status, and lock state in your dashboard.

Use the App Builder to apply your brand colors, logo, and splash screen to the rider-facing mobile application. Toggle features like vehicle reservations, ride history, in-app support chat, and referral programs. Preview the app in real-time and submit your customized build for publishing to the App Store and Google Play.

Draw operational, parking, and no-ride zones on the map to control where riders can start and end trips. Set daily service hours and holiday schedules. Invite team members — mechanics, dispatchers, and managers — and assign role-based permissions so everyone has the right level of access to the dashboard.

Use the built-in QA checklist to verify every integration: payments, IoT connectivity, push notifications, and zone enforcement. Run a soft launch with a small test group to catch any issues before your public launch. Monitor the real-time dashboard for ride activity, vehicle health, and user feedback during the first days of operation.

Once live, dive into the Analytics section for insights on ride volume, revenue, peak hours, and fleet utilization. Use built-in marketing tools to create promo codes, referral campaigns, and push notification campaigns. As demand grows, scale your fleet, expand into new zones, and explore partnerships with local businesses to boost rider acquisition.
